At Dedoniababy, your satisfaction and your baby’s comfort are our top priorities. We take great care to ensure every diaper, pad, and baby product meets the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure hygiene and safety, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must present a valid order number or proof of purchase.

⚠️ For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened diaper packs or baby pads
  • Baby wipes, lotions, or skincare products that have been opened
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Return Process

If your product meets the eligibility criteria:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the product.

Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return shipping address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving your returned item.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, Mobile Money, etc.).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item was purchased during a sale or promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

We currently allow exchanges for unopened and unused items of equal value, such as a different diaper size or product variant.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Late or Missing Refunds
