Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural or out-of-town deliveries may take a bit longer.
Yes! You can subscribe for regular diaper deliveries and save on every order. We also offer bulk discounts for parents who prefer to stock up.
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange right away.
Exchanges & Returns
Unfortunately, opened or used diaper packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, if you received a wrong or defective product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Unopened diaper packs and pads can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
